Sunday, May 18, 2003: On the final day, Se Ri put it into cruise control. She started with three straight birdies, but then suddenly, had two consecutive holes where she hit shots out of bounds. Fortunately she was able to save bogey on both holes, and managed a comfortable 2 under 70 to win by three shots. Her third win of the year (and counting!). Doubtless the reporters were (once again) wondering when she was going to challenge the men... |

Tuesday, May 20, 2003: Se Ri had one more task to accomplish before she left for the States. Wednesday, May 21, 2003: Se Ri is back on an airplane returning to the United States. It was a fun and lucrative Spring Break, but now it's time to get back to the business of becoming number one. As she leaves, the newspapers are filled with the following (hopefully) speculative story: Se Ri Pak may play in Korean Men's Open in October. They just never give up! |
