Soo Bin Joo was one of the youngest Koreans who
participated in 2022 Q-Series. She turned pro in May, 2022 and played
the US Women's Open, where she missed the cut. She managed to qualify
for the LPGA at Q-Series, gaining limited status for 2023 by finishing
tied for 34th.
Alicia (her English name) had a decent first year
highlighted by a tie for 6th finish at the ShopRite Classic. She
finished 117th on the money list with about $129,000 earned. This
slightly decreased her status for 2024 to category 16.
In 2024, Alicia played seven events and made two
cuts. She made just $16,000 for the year and had to return to Q-Series.
Fortunately, she finished tied for 13th there and earned a full
card for 2025.
