July 27, 2007: Wegman's & U.S. Women's Open

Last time I was here was 5 years ago... I don't remember much about the golf course, the golf course is NOT easy, but that doesn't mean that I CANNOT score. Perfect golf course 2 prepare 4 the OPEN ~ Now I have an idea how tough it is... yes no maybe? Well, of course it CANNOT beat the U.S. Women's Open course, but still it's in GREAT shape, small greens & I don't wanna miss fairways @ ALL!!! I Have been struggling w/ putting & I got another NEW PUTTER on Wed. YEA! Right before the tournament... I guess I got nothing to lose! & I believe it's gonna be in my bag for a while ~ who knows, it's only an instrument in my hands.

I am doing well... I wanna win SOON, but can't force anything... PLEASE, pray 4 safe trips.

I am traveling w/ my mom & my Angel. & Bob is traveling w/ his beautiful & SWEET wife Denise.

Cristie Kerr did it ~ 1st time when I met her was @ the Safeco Classic in Seattle, WA. I got paired up w/ her, but she was in pain so she had to w/d... & I met her again in 2000 @ the Nabisco Championship. Man, w/o glasses I could see that she has beautiful blue eyes w/ blonde hair & lost some weight... she looked more BEAUTIFUL than the 1st time when I met her. Plus she got healthy!!! I wonder why most of you guys are attracted to those ladies, huh ~ anywayz, I am very proud of her & HAPPY 4 her 2 WIN her 1st major @ the U.S. Women's Open. Go GIRL, YOU ROCK!!!

OK... where do I need to start... so many thing happened... w/ weather... my room... alrite, ready? It was only a week, but guess how many times that I had to move??? 4 times!!! In a week! 1st I got a handicapped room... what if someone comes along who really needs a handicapped room? So we moved & A/C didn't work. My poor Angel... but after all it's all good.

This year has been unreal w/ weather & this week wasn't any exception! I played in the morning on Th. so about 20 mins after we finished, WEATHER DELAY... so I didn't get to play again til Sat. Morning. It sounds like I got a Friday off, but felt like we just didn't have a Friday this week! Sat. 9:08 am for 2nd round & I completed 36 holes & YEAH ~ made CUT ~~! U have no idea how I felt... I have attended this tournament since 1999 & haven't made the cut til this year~!

I got about a couple hrs break, then back out there for round 3... I played til dark which was around 8:30 pm, then time to go home. I came back out here the next morning at 7:30 am & played the rest. A couple hrs later I got a diff. time w/ a diff pairing.

In round 4, I played w/ real celebrities... had so much fun. Guess who? Laura Davies & Annika. 1st t-shot walking down the fairway, I felt like I am a Jr. golfer playing w/ pros. The way they carry themselves, etc. I had a blast playing w/ them. You know what's really funny? This one hole I sees Ms. Davies hit an iron from the "T-BOX" & I hit my Driver off the "SAME T-BOX" & still she goes a little farther than my good t-shot. When I think about it... it still puts a big smile on my face. I had an AWESOME time.

Hey! Drink enough water, it's summer. Oh, I'm gonna get my hair cut, during my week off ~ hope that you are having a great summer.
