How
did I come up with this subject? Well, after I missed the cut I went 2
church... I thought I should share what I learned...
ENVY...
Envy & Jealousy are very close in meaning. Envy denotes a longing
to possess something awarded to or achieved by another. Jealousy is a
feeling of resentment that another very close has gained something that
one more rightfully deserves.
Why should I get these things? I'm not THEM! (Genesis 4:3-15). In my case,
sponsorships or people that I work with... I should get these things?
I'm not THEM or I could look better than another, etc...
-We are not privy 2 God's thoughts - to us, God can seem arbitrary. ENVY
is a CANCER of the SOUL! A sound heart is the life of the flesh: but envy
the rottenness of the bones. -Proverbs 14:30
Turning from God removes JOY! & Envy is tempting!!! And no marvel;
for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. -2 Corinthians
11:14
Envy is empty: short-term satisfaction! How can we be happy where we are?
Easy!
-Pray for JOY in what you have
-Count your blessings! All kinds of blessings. People, experience, Life,
faith.
God gives all we need 4 JOY~!!! - John 14:27
Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth,
give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fullness of joy;at
thy right hand there are pleasures 4 evermore - Philippians 4:6-7
Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer & supplication
with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace
of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts &
minds through Christ Jesus.
How SWEET is that...? God loves me & U! Sometimes it's not that easy
to be thankful, cuz once you get what you want you want other things...
about this time last year, all I wanted was to be healthy. Now I am healthy
and I can walk on my own & play golf... now I want to play great golf!
I have been playing good golf, but I want more birdies, more sponsors
more more more... nonstop.
However, when I start counting blessings... I cannot stop counting...
so much to be thankful for.
I am very thankful that I am blessed. God bless you all & don't 4get
God LUVs U more than anything!!!
