All Winners Squad

The five ladies posing here all share one thing in common: they all won tournaments on the 2005 LPGA tour. Why are they dressed like that? Surely not to play a round of golf!

No, in fact this photo was taken at the dinner preceding the start of the Pinx Cup, the annual competition between the top women golfers from Japan and Korea. The Korean team decided to wear traditional Korean outfits to the soiree, and hence they each came in their own hanbok for the occasion.

Of course, all Seoul Sisters fans know that they are (L to R): Jeong Jang (won 2005 Women's British Open); Meena Lee (won 2005 Canadian Women's Open); Hee-Won Han (won 2005 Office Depot); Soo-Yun Kang (won 2005 Safeway Classic); and Birdie Kim (won 2005 US Women's Open).
