Shi Hyun Ahn is an extremely popular player in
Korea. Thanks to her surprise win at the CJ 9 Bridges Classic, which earned
her playing privileges on the LPGA for two years, she has been given the
nickname 'Cinderella' over there. Well, it looks like middle America is
starting to warm to her as well! Here she is signing autographs for many
new fans in Corning, New York, following her fourth place finish there.
With her ever present smile, even when things don't go her way, she is doubtless
smashing a lot of stereotypes about 'unemotional Koreans'. And if she keeps
playing the way she has been, she could win the Rookie of the Year award,
